 Program Upgrade     

Caution: Make a backup copy of your information before upgrading.

Upgrading from an old version to the new is a simple process and only requires one form. The reason that we caution you to make a backup copy of the files is that if the old files are corrupt the backup file will allow you to salvage a potion of the files. When this happens setup will guide you through the process of correcting the problem.

Note: 

When a problem occurs with the old files do the following.

If you have a current backup copy of your files use pdc Essentials Me-1 to update the files, after installing the program. To make a backup copy, use the existing pdc Essentials program. Make a backup copy and use pdc Essentials Me-1 after installing the program to reinstall the data. Click on Next, this will restart setup.
