Pdc Essentials Me-1 Desktop is an interface and output for various programs. 

The integration of programs forms a powerful combination allowing the programs to share information and work together as one unit. 

Special features of the interface

Reminder Notes Interface:

Do you have stick on notes on your computer, refrigerator on your desk top? Reminder Notes is an efficient way to remind yourself without the clutter. The reminder note display when the program first starts or when you click on the black Display Today's Reminders bar at the top of the page. The reminder can run for weeks or even years or just a day. Reminder Notes has a different use than a scheduler. The times for reminders can overlap and are on a daily schedule. You can have a great number of reminders for the same day. Example: Stay on your diet, computer show, think positive, vacation starts, etc. The reminders use the flag function to separated them into categories. The interface allows playing of sound and video associated with the reminder. The picture display area displays the picture associated with the file. The display area list all information about the reminder and file locations associated with it.

Scheduler Interface:

The scheduler allows you to organize your everyday routine. The schedule display when the program first starts or when you click on the black Display Today’s Schedule bar at the top of the page. The schedule is a fifteen minute twenty-four hour bases. Schedule appointments years or mounts in advance, no time limit required. The applications apply to doctor’s, lawyer’s or individuals that have appointments on a time table. The interface allows playing of sound and video associated with the reminder. The picture display area displays the picture associated with the file. The display area list all information about the reminder and file locations associated with it.

Desk Top Icon Area Interface:

This area allows access to the programs and help files. Click on the icon to start the program. Click on ? and then the icon to activate help associate with the file.

Search Interface:

The Search function is on of the most powerful functions associate with the interface. Search allows the user to search by word or phrase every file associated with pdc Essentials. Input the word or phrase in the light green box next to search. Then click on the word Find. View the results in the dropdown selection box and select the listing to view the results. Example input your area code. Search will list all listings associated with the area code.

Information Display Area:

This area display information when the program starts and when the program calls the information. Special functions of this area are, display of birthday reminders, special days associated with the calendar.

Special Functions:

Special Functions are functions and utilities provided by the interface.

File Menu:

Under the file menu you will find utilities to back up files. This function saves the information and also allows the transfer of information to another computer. That is provided the other computer is running pdc Essentials. Note: The information is compatible with older versions of pdc Essentials.

Display Files utility allows the viewing of file associated with the listing. You can view most files on your computer using this function. The file is accessible using the Print and Edit program.

Print prints the current information in the display area using the Print and Edit program. Print Special function allows the printing of envelopes, card list and form letters using Print and Edit program. Exit stops the program.

Edit Menu:

This menu contains all the standard edit commands.

Help Menu: 

Help functions allows access to help files associated with pdc Essentials. We pride our self on our help functions we hope you will take full advantage of them. Because of all the things pdc Essentials allow you to do, help functions are an extremely important function of the program. We realize that no manual can take the place of person to person help.
