Option 1: Create New Reminder Information
1 Input all available information Reminder Note Description, Set Flag and Reminder Notes from the keyboard.
2. To input Start Date Click the date on the Calendar.
3. To input End Date Click the date on the Calendar.
Note: The reminder will end at the start of this day.
4. To add audio, video or pictures Click on ADD AUDIO AND VIDEO.
5. Click on SAVE.
Option 2: Find Existing Information.
1. Click on Clear Field.
2. Input information in one of the Fields.
3. Click on FIND to sort information.
4. Make selection in Selection Drop-down List.
Note: Reminder Notes and Reminder Note Description Fields. Find in this field
are not case sensitive or require the complete word. Example: To find Jones you can input
jo. Clicking on find 4 times will list all information . Inputting Start Date and End Date allows finding reminders starting between those dates.
Option 3: Change Existing Information.
1. Use Option 2 to find the information.
2. Update information.
3. To update audio, video or pictures Click on ADD AUDIO AND VIDEO.
4. Click on UPDATE.
Option 4: Deleting Reminder Information.
1. Use Option 2 to find reminder information.
2. Click on DELETE this will delete the selected information.
Note: Reminders are saved for 5 days, after that the Reminder
Information is deleted. This note affects Reminder Notes when the End Date has been
exceeded. Reminder Notes deleted with the delete statement are not saved.
Option 5: Calendar Function List Holiday.
1. Check in box Click On To List Holidays.
2. Select the Month and Year.
3.The holiday description is listed in the Holiday or Special Date Box.
Note: A. Light purple defines Secular holidays.
B. Light blue defines Non Secular holidays.
C. Yellow defines the current day.
E. Light green defines user selected days.
Disclaimer: Not all holidays are listed, check other sources to confirm and verify all information.
Reminder Notes Description:
This field allows you to assign key words and other information. Find in this field are not case sensitive or require the complete word.
Example: To find Anniversary you can input anniv.
Example tips:
Typical entries are Doctor Appointment, Christmas Gift, Hair Appointment, Dog to Vet, Golf Tournament etc, ADD AUDIO AND VIDEO Command: This button allows the association of audio and pictures with a file. Clicking on this button brings up a form for listening to a recording, viewing images or video to be associated with the file. Allows audio and video to be played or changed. Note: Recording must be in .wav format.
