Let me start this letter with some comments about my computer ability. When I first purchased the computer I called the store to figure how to turn it on, how was I to know the thing had two switches. The program is the first that I have purchased that has a help function that I can follow. Normally it takes me few weeks or so to figure how to run the a new program. With this program I was up and running the first day. Your free E-mail help is great and I need it to figure out the com-port settings. The program is the most used program on my computer. At my age memory is not what it was. With this program my wife thinks I am taking memory medication. Thanks for the memory.
