Adding sound, video or pictures to an existing file:
1. Record or scan a new file or you can use and existing file.
2. Record the new file location to use as an existing file.
3. Select the information or file to add audio , pictures or sound using Address Book, Reminder Notes or Scheduler.
4. Select ADD AUDIO AND VIDEO.
To add a picture select picture type.
1. Select the disk drive location of the file.
2. Selected the file folder.
3. Select the picture file to add.
4. Select Save and Return to (called program).
To add sound or video select picture type.
1. Select the disk drive location of the file.
2. Selected the file folder.
3. Select the sound or video file to add.
4. Select Save and Return to (called program).
To add files Check Box Add File Location
1. Select the disk drive location of the file.
2. Selected the file folder.
3. Select the files to add.
4. Select Save and Return to (called program).
To update sound, picture or video select Update (file to be updated)
1. Follow the first to instructions as you were inputting a new selection.
2. Select Save and Return to (called program).
